TCPR believes in being fair and understanding. We know life gets in the way, and the need for services to be cancelled is within the rights of the author/client/TCPR. We operate on the foundation that communication is key for a successful working relationship. Please note: TCPR works ahead of schedule due to deadlines and other clients.
Cancellation Policy--ARC Services:
A full refund will be given if the client cancels services one week prior to ARC services starting. In the event the client cancels with less than a week notice, a 50% refund will be given. In the event the client cancels after ARC services have begun, a refund will not be awarded.
*This does not include having to change/move dates for ARCs. This will be done within TCPRs discretion.*
Cancellation Policy--Social Media Management Services:
Once payment is received, payment is non-refundable as services start immediately.
*Partial graphics packages are not provided.*
Cancellation Policy--Street Team Management/Newsletter Services:
Once payment is received, payment is non-refundable as services start immediately.
Cancellation Policy--Editing Services:
Once payment is received, your 50% deposit is non-refundable.
*Please reach out for sample edit to confirm TCPR is the right fit for you.*
Cancellation Policy--Website Services:
Once payment is received, your 25% deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of a payment plan: A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Following, TCPR and client will work out payment plan that will need to be paid in full prior to the service starting.
Cancellation dates will vary based on services booked and will be outlined in your contract.
